Peanut Butter, Strawberry and Honey Sandwich

Are you tired of making the same old PB&J sandwich?

While it sure is a classic, its nutritional content is questionable, with sugar-filled jelly/jam and less than wholesome white bread. Up-level this old favourite and enjoy a similar (yet far healthier) flavour combination with our Peanut Butter, Strawberry and Honey Sandwich


1 tbsp peanut butter

1 slice whole-wheat bread

¼ cup fresh, sliced strawberries

1 tsp honey

1 tsp thinly sliced fresh mint (basil or thyme)


  1. Spread peanut butter over toasted bread. Top with sliced strawberries and mint. Drizzle with honey and serve.
