  • Warm Up

    3 minute rest once warm up is complete

  • 5 x Plank Walks Female
  • 5 x Incline Push Up Female
  • 5 Tempo Lunge Female per leg
  • 5 x Tempo Squat Female
  • E2MOM for 12 mnutes

    Every 2 minutes complete the below. Do this for 12 minutes i.e. 6 rounds

    Additional Notes: 3 minutes rest once complete

  • 5 x Burpees Female
  • 5 x Bodyweight Lunges Female per leg
  • 10 x Bodyweight Squats Female
  • Remainder of time High Knees Female
  • 8 minute AMRAP

    Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes.

    Additional Notes: 3 minutes rest once complete

  • 5 x Push Up Female
  • 10 x Reach Back Sit Ups Female
  • 20 x High Knees Female do these as fast as possible
  • 12 minute AMRAP

    Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes.

  • 3 x Burpees Female
  • 5 x Bodyweight Squat and Lunge Female
  • 10 x Speed Box Step Up Female
