  • Warm Up 2 rounds

    Rest for 3 minutes once completed warm up

  • 5 x Plank Walks Female
  • 5 x Incline Push Up Female
  • 5 x Tempo Lunge Female
  • 5 x Tempo Squat Female

    Every 2 minutes complete the below. Do this for 12 minutes i.e. 6 rounds.

    Additional Notes: Once 12 minutes are up, rest for 3 minutes.

  • 10 x Banded Deadlift Female
  • 10 x Banded Front Squat Female
  • 10 x Banded Push Press Male
  • 10 minute AMRAP

    In 10 minutes complete as many rounds as possible of the below.

  • 3 x Burpees Female
  • 4 x Bodyweight Squats Female
  • 5 x Bodyweight Lunges Female
