“Despite having trained throughout my pregnancy, I gained 18kg while pregnant! At 6 weeks postpartum I had lost 10kg – that was baby weight, the rest was magnums, seconds at dinner, chips… you get the picture. I’ll never forget the night I gave birth to our baby girl, I went to take a relaxing bath and I was so proud of myself until I saw my body in the mirror…I cried. I had heard of all these moms who have a new love for their body because of what it was able to do…I personally did not feel this way at all. I felt so uncomfortable and miserable. “Thank you for a great 10 weeks. It was the nationwide lockdown, coupled with the fact that we both felt uncomfortable with our physiques, that motivated our decision to enrol with Best10. What sparked our interest in Best10 was the ability to train from home (as a team or by ourselves!) under the guidance and supervision of an online trainer. What was most appealing to us was that all workouts and exercises are explained in detail via online videos and can be done easily from the environment of your own home.
